#1. My trusty old VIP 622 is giving me Smart Card Not Inserted all of a sudden. It tells me to remove it and reinsert it which just makes it reboot and go back to the same thing. .The signal input cable needs to be unscrewed and screwed in, it does not pull out. If you have more connections than these, you might like to give our friendly customer service team a call . Try reinstalling the smart card driver in Safe Mode. Reboot your computer and enter Safe Mode (usually by pressing F8 at startup or through the Recovery option in Settings). .i have an old Austar Mystar HD box with the smartcard, the card is deactivated i bought the box online second hand if i sign up to foxtel will they get it to work again? Locked post. New .

I reset the Foxtel box, pulled the plug out of the socket, left it for about a minute, plugged it back in again, used the Foxtel button top of remote, inserted the Smartcard, followed the instructions on the top of the card for correct insertion and it tuned in perfectly.Customer: My TV says my smart card is suddenly inserted wrong. It interrupts anything inclluding comercials to telll me many times in an hour. Can you help me?
