It does not appear in the device manager of Windows until we switch off the power saving on the smart card option in the BIOS. The problem is the device manager shows that the ID crd is inserted, but web pages are not detecting the card reader. There is usually a tone when the ID card is inserted or removed, but it isn't playing the tone.
